Horse Boarding Agreement

At L and L Farm, we believe in providing both peace of mind for owners and the very best care for every horse that stays with us. To make sure expectations are clear, we ask all boarders to review and sign our official boarding agreement. This agreement outlines fees, services, responsibilities, and care standards so you know exactly what is included when your horse is with us.

Clear and Simple Fees

Boarding at L and L Farm is offered at a flat monthly rate of $700. This fee is due on the first day of each month, with the first month payable at the time of signing the contract. The agreement also explains late fees and outlines our right of lien, which protects the farm if payments fall behind.
